Yavuz has over 38 Years’ experience in the cement industry. His career started at the Canakkale Cement Plant as a field electrical engineer. Following this, he worked with Enkateknik, Akçimento, Akçansa, Heidelberg, and Endem, as responsible for key managerial positions in the plant maintenance, plant optimization, and investments.
Yavuz has significant experience in upgrading cement plants, erection and installation of new cement plants, plant optimization, and technical plant assessments.
Yavuz also focused on the plant technical audit for energy efficiency and waste heat recovery projects.
