Osman graduated from Marmara University with a degree in Economics in 1990. After the completion of a one-year program on banking, finance, and management of TCZB, he studied at Western Carolina University, the USA to get a master’s degree in business administration.
In 1995, he started his work in Set Italcementi Group in Finance Department. Then, he had developed his career in managerial positions of Ready Mixed Concrete Operations of Set Group, namely Set Beton. Before Italcementi Group sold all Turkish Operations to Limak Group in 2011; he was the Ready Mixed and Aggregates Operations Director and the Member of the Management Committee. During his years in Set Italcementi Group; a major international player in the cement and RMC sector, he perfected his managerial and consulting skills and gained invaluable knowledge and network of the industry.
After the acquisition of Limak, he led the transition of Set Beton to Limak Beton and managed all activities of Limak Beton with 14 batching plants and with a yearly turnover of 200 million TL as General Manager till 2013. Since then, he has completed several consultancy missions for RMC and Construction Chemicals companies.
