Nurhan graduated at electrical and automation engineering has over 25 years’ experience in the cement industry. Her career started with Ciment Francais as an automation engineer and working in a different location with Set–Italcementi Group as an automation manager and project manager.
Nurhan has extensive experience in the management of plant optimization and upgrading projects starting from elaborating feasibility studies and preparing technical requirement documents to implementation and commissioning. She is a highly experienced in reengineering the available automation and control system and in the definitions of the software requirements. She developed, managed and started up various automation projects for existing and new cement plants.
Nurhan carried out and energy audits for the plants' optimization. She also focused on the implementation of energy monitoring and management system, a computerized maintenance management system and process information systems in the cement plants.
Nurhan has a long experience in the training of the plants technical personnel on automation, maintenance, and process aspects.
