Kadir has over 40 years of diverse experience in general management, administration, operation marketing, sales, procurement, project management, process engineering and plant development in the cement, concrete, aggregate, mineral and energy industries.
He has got Comprehensive experience in the Turkish Cement, Ready Mix Concrete, Mineral & Chemical Additives and Aggregate Markets and extensive experience of Middle East, Asian and North African Markets, Cement Industries. His Familiarity with multinational business culture and international brands and colleagues makes him high adaptable working in different cultures.
His career started at Sumerbank as a manufacturing engineer, continued with Çanakkale Cement Co, Enka Co, Holderbank with Enka Teknik, Ciment Francais and Italcementi Group as a process, production manager, projects and development director, plant director, cement, concrete aggregates operations director, managing director in different countries. He contributed the different companies as a member of the board of directors as well.
Kadir has been taking a leading role in plant performance studies, plants optimization, project management, engineering, energy audit, and due diligence works in related industries since the ’80s.
