Doğan graduated as a chemical engineer MSc and he has been in the cement industry for over 40 Years. His career started at Zetyinburnu Cement Plant 1976 and then he joined to Canakkale Cement Plant as quality responsible. Following this, he was working for Enka, Akçimento, Akçansa, Karçimsa and Çimsa cement plants as quality, production manager, and plant managers.
Doğan has got an outstanding experience in quality and process optimization works as well as installation and optimization waste fuel preparation and burning systems. During his career, he completed many quality and process audits as well as plant optimizations.
Doğan also worked in concrete and aggregate business as an operation and quality manager. He has got a long experience in the manufacturing of white cement.
His experiences include implementation of technical management systems in cement plants, mills and kilns assessments, product developments and sustainability studies.
