Ceylan is a highly experienced professional in human resources and budget control management functions in cement, concrete, aggregate and construction materials industries. Ceylan has over 25 years’ experience, starting with Ciment Francais in 1990 and working with Set Group, Afyon Cement, Suez Bosphorus, Italcementi as a director for human resources and budget control functions of group companies.
Ceylan has been taking a leading role in the implementation of a general management system (safety, accounting, procurement, HR processes and procedures, training...) for the operation of cement, aggregate and concrete business. She also focused on the implementation of corporate governance and risk management systems.
She also contributed to the companies as a member of the board of directors.
